Good to know

• URL encoding keeps only letters, digits and - _ . ~ unescaped (RFC 3986), so the result is safe in any part of a URL.
• HTML decoding knows every HTML5 named entity. Unknown entities are left as they are, and you're told where they are.
• Binary, hex and URL decoding expect UTF-8 text. Bytes that aren't valid UTF-8 are reported instead of being guessed.
• Unicode escapes use the JavaScript and JSON style: characters outside the Basic Multilingual Plane become a surrogate pair.
